Therapy may be right for you if you're looking to improve your mental health and well-being. Our therapists specialize in working with individuals dealing with several different issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, school issues, career concerns, chronic pain, grief, infertility, family & relationship issues, and spirituality.
Our therapy is
not the right solution for you if any of the following is true:
- You are in an urgent crisis or an emergency situation
- You are seeking a psychological assessment or medical intervention (medication)
- You are under the age of 15 and are seeking therapy (our therapists currently see teens ages 15+)
- You aren’t interested in discussing your experiences in depth. Talk therapy isn’t for everyone, and that’s ok! There are other healing modalities out there that don’t involve talking (acupuncture, reiki, etc)
